User rights

The new privacy legislation (articles 15-22 of the Regulations) guarantees the Data Subject the right to access data concerning him at any time, as well as requesting their correction and / or integration, if inexact or incomplete, their cancellation o the limitation of their treatment, if the conditions are met, to oppose the processing for reasons related to the particular situation of the interested party, to request the portability of the data provided, where processed in an automated manner and on the basis of consent or execution of a contract, within the limits of the provisions of the Regulations (Article 20).
